Retailworks Inc. was launched in 1995 and became a nationally recognized boutique design firm with more than a million dollars in sales within its first five years.

Company founder and owner Lyn Falk and her associates consult on retail space planning and design, and downtown revitalization, and conduct educational seminars.

Seven years after starting Retailworks, Ms. Falk created Solterra Studios as a division to develop and promote beautiful environments that work efficiently, keep occupants healthier and more productive, while serving the greater global goal of “conscious living.”

In 2006, Ms. Falk created Healthy Style, a public television special offering advice and insight on healthful, sustainable living. The show was picked up by American Public Television in 2007 for national distribution. A second episode is now in the works.
