Audit fees are dependent upon your specific needs and the size of the building(s) and property being evaluated. We work closely with you to create an affordable package. Audits can be tailored to evaluate the building(s) only, or just the property. Together we will: Identify realistic goals and objectives specific to your lifestyle and/or workstyle. Conduct an in depth interview with you (and others we collectively feel should be involved) Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of your property and home/office/business. i.e.: energy efficiency water management soil conditions foliage (native) water quality air quality (temp, humidity, chemical and organic toxins) finishes and furnishings lighting (natural and artificial) room layouts noise and light pollution recycling; life cycle analyses Conduct a second interview if necessary, based upon the results of the initial evaluation. Our Audit will provide you with: A sustainable baseline of your building(s) and property A qualitative and quantitative measure of the impact your home/office and activities have on the environment. A detailed list of recommendations and resources for remedying problem areas. Realistic and affordable do-it-yourself solutions or turn-key solutions. We can help you prioritize the recommendations, assist in planning and identifying cost estimates, and putting time lines together for the restoration.

Our staff is available to conduct follow up visits at pre-specified times throughout the year to ensure restoration is proceeding as planned.
