Jon has independently traveled to over 56 different nations and has organized and executed cultural exchanges and outdoor expeditions to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Myanmar, Chile, the Philippines, Central America, Scandanavia, Europe and Nepal. Some of his adventures are chronicled in his latest book, “Nothing Routine – A Quest for Discovery in Remote and Strange Places” [2006, Seaboard Press]. He is also a consultant, speaker, sea-kayaker, certified open water scuba diver, and instrument-rated pilot. Jon's strong interest in preserving the great outdoors, his desire to discover the unusual, and his 20 years of on-camera experience in the modeling and talent industries, make him a natural to host the “Where did that come from?” segment for Healthy Style.
